Do you take custom orders?
Yes! For custom orders, please send an email to hello@gillybee.com.au. We would love to discuss how we can create a special piece just for you.
What materials do you use?
We use quilting cottons, including Liberty fabrics, layered with quality batting for structure.
How do I care for my bag?
To help extend the life of your handmade item, we recommend spot cleaning whenever possible. If your bag needs a deeper clean:
Use a gentle cold hand wash.
Do not tumble dry.
Reshape the item while damp and let it air dry.
Use a warm iron but only very lightly if required.
Can I return an item?
Because our products are handmade and sometimes customized specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you are unsure about a product's sizing, fabric, or details before purchasing, please feel free to reach out, we are always happy to answer your questions!
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We take great care in crafting and packaging each product, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need a description and photos of the fault, along with your order details, so we can arrange a full refund or a replacement.
How are your items made?
Every item at Gilly Bee is carefully handmade in small batches. We embrace "slow fashion" and take pride in the craftsmanship of our quilted accessories, ensuring attention is given to every step, from selecting beautiful fabrics to the final stitching.
What if I receive the incorrect item?
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and will cover any return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
